Chakras + Yoga + Journaling Workshop at JEM Yoga & Massage

Join Joella + Bryana for a day of movement and self-discovery!

Learn more about the 7 centers of energy: “Chakras”, as we move from the physical body to the subtle, energetic body in this all-level Chakra-based Yoga Class. Join Certified Yoga Instructors, Bryana Cook + Joella Miller for a gentle yoga class intended to open up our energetic pathways, followed by writing exercises.

 Learn to read your chakras before and after our yoga practice. Take time to notice any changes that may have occurred during your practice.  Explore the meaning behind your “closed” chakras and “open” chakras; what to celebrate, focus on, and/or what to let go of.

Bring a journal and your favorite pen or pencil!

 After our yoga class, we will guide everyone through a journaling exercise to help bring introspection and mindful awareness to your day. This is a moment for you to jot down your thoughts; without over-thinking it. There is no erasing or going back. Journaling has been shown to reduce anxiety, open imagination, and build confidence. We will offer you ideas and inspiration to help you deepen your journaling practice.
