Join Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructors, Bryana and Joella, for a 1.5 hour transformational experience as we illuminate the subtle body through movement and healing sound.
Begin the class with light movement to help you settle into your practice. After movement and breath become unified, we will transition into a more passive practice.
Yin Yoga is a passive practice primarily done on the floor. Yin involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 4-8 minutes. These asanas target the connective tissues around our joints, providing stronger tissue and more flexibility, which is exactly what are bodies want.
Transition into a whole body experience in savasana as we Immerse in a transformational healing sound bath using crystal signing bowls
We will end with a group meditation.
Please feel free to bring your own meditation cushion and blankets.
