M E D I T A T I O N

 

Meditation is the practice of resting the mind while attaining a state of consciousness. Meditation is the process of giving your full undivided attention to whatever you desire. Your hopes. Your dreams. Your needs.

By bringing the body into a state of complete relaxation we begin understanding what is taking place in this moment and we attend to it. Our normal reaction is to respond to every thought that floods our mind, with meditation we slow down and observe each thought without reacting.

There is no right or wrong way to practice meditation, but we will show you some simple techniques throughout your time spent at JEM to help guide you towards the ability and desire to begin practicing comfortably at home.

Through the practice of mindfulness , we slowly begin to wake up to what life really is; a profound texture that extends far pass the naked eye and is only visible once we are truly awake.
